The Pursuit Of Happiness Movie Review staring Will Smith Jaden Smith

Life is like a game. You either win or lose. However, when you watch The Pursuit
Of Happiness starring The man from Men in Black,Will Smith as Chris Gardner and
Jaden Smith as Christopher, you know you are going to get sad and uplifting. The
screen play for the 2006 drama movie was written by Steve Conrad, based on the novel
by Chris Gardner. It is rated PG –13. It contains some adult language and some fighting
scenes.

The story follows Chris Gardner, bright and talented, but marginally employed
salesman. Struggling to make ends meet, Gardner finds himself and his five-year-old
son evicted from their San Francisco apartment with nowhere to go. When Gardner
lands an internship at a prestigious stock brokerage firm, he and his son endure many
hardships, including living in shelters, in pursuit of his dream of a better life for the two
of them. The Pursuit of Happiness won an Oscar for best performance by an Actor in a
leading Role (Will Smith),Best Young Actor (Jaden Smith) and also Movie of the Year.
As we all know Jaden is Will Smith Biological son in real world, It made the movie
more realistic. Will Smith and Jaden  worked well together, Their chemistry on screen
was superb.  I felt a real connection between the two, finding my self confidence when
chris Gardner said to his son, people can’t do something themselves, they want to tell
you can’t do it. Just as good as the actors were those working behind the scenes with
the special effects. The invented their own time machine to make it seem the movie was
shot exact time the story took place.
This is a movie at its best, the movie a lot of people can relate to. It shows the
idea that poverty is a function of bad luck and bad choices, and success the result of
heroic toil and dreams.
